{"id":1246,"date":"2020-11-11T22:15:19","date_gmt":"2020-11-11T21:15:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/knfsh.al\/?p=1246"},"modified":"2020-11-11T22:25:00","modified_gmt":"2020-11-11T21:25:00","slug":"ne-30-vjetorin-e-lirise-se-besimit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/knfsh.al\/en\/ne-30-vjetorin-e-lirise-se-besimit\/","title":{"rendered":"N\u00eb 30 vjetorin e liris\u00eb s\u00eb besimit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By<strong> Dr. Genti Kruja*<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Liria e besimit \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb universale, e cila duhet t\u00eb mbrohet dhe promovohet nga e gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebria dhe faktor\u00ebt e ndrysh\u00ebm q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shqiptar\u00ebt prej shekujsh jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb harmoni dhe bashk\u00ebjetes\u00eb nd\u00ebrfetare, e cila p\u00ebrb\u00ebn tashm\u00eb edhe etnotiparin kryesor t\u00eb kombit ton\u00eb. Me themelimin e shtetit shqiptar m\u00eb 1912, krahas shum\u00eb vlerave q\u00eb i kushtuan r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi burrat e shtetit, ku nd\u00ebr ta ishin dhe klerik\u00eb t\u00eb shquar mysliman\u00eb dhe t\u00eb krishter\u00eb, nj\u00eb prej k\u00ebtyre vlerave ishte edhe <strong><em>liria e besimit<\/em><\/strong>, si nj\u00eb nga t\u00eb drejtat themelore t\u00eb njeriut n\u00eb \u00e7do shoq\u00ebri demokratike. Ajo ishte pjes\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare, deri n\u00eb instalimin e regjimit komunist n\u00eb vitin 1944.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Me ardhjen n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb komunizmit ky proces mori nj\u00eb kthes\u00eb, ashtu si\u00e7 e kishin paralajm\u00ebruar edhe shum\u00eb klerik\u00eb mysliman\u00eb e t\u00eb krishter\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin n\u00eb dijeni t\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb bolshevizmit dhe komunizmit ndaj fes\u00eb. Shteti komunist nuk ishte nj\u00eb shtet thjesht laik, por nj\u00eb shtet, q\u00eb synonte \u00e7\u2019fetarizimin t\u00ebr\u00ebsor t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe shnd\u00ebrrimin e saj n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri ateiste. N\u00eb faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb dhuna e ushtruar ndaj klerit nga regjimi komunist e kufizoi autoritetin e tij n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi dhe shkall\u00eb-shkall\u00eb e b\u00ebri t\u00eb pamundur ekzistenc\u00ebn e tij. M\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 1967, fushata p\u00ebr mbylljen e kishave dhe xhamive, e b\u00ebri Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb t\u00eb vetmin vend n\u00eb bot\u00eb pa t\u00eb drejtat dhe lirit\u00eb e ushtrimit t\u00eb besimeve fetare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1247\" src=\"http:\/\/knfsh.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1561\" height=\"1085\" srcset=\"https:\/\/knfsh.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/8.jpg 1561w, https:\/\/knfsh.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/8-300x209.jpg 300w, https:\/\/knfsh.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/8-1024x712.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/knfsh.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/8-768x534.jpg 768w, https:\/\/knfsh.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/8-1536x1068.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/knfsh.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/8-16x12.jpg 16w, https:\/\/knfsh.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/8-260x180.jpg 260w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1561px) 100vw, 1561px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Historia e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt e persekutimit n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn totalitare<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Predikues t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha besimeve fetare vuajt\u00ebn fate t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta: u ndaluan t\u00eb predikonin n\u00eb publik, u internuan, ose u burgos\u00ebn p\u00ebr veprimtari kund\u00ebr regjimit totalitar, dhjet\u00ebra klerik\u00eb u ekzekutuan, u vran\u00eb, apo vdiq\u00ebn n\u00ebp\u00ebr burgje. Pasurit\u00eb e t\u00eb gjitha bashk\u00ebsive fetare u konfiskuan e nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb u shkat\u00ebrruan. Ky proces ka krijuar sensin e nj\u00eb t\u00eb kaluare t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, \u00e7ka mund\u00ebsoi q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta ose t\u00eb ngjashme politike dhe ideologjike n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr rigjall\u00ebrimin e jet\u00ebs fetare n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri pas ndryshimeve politike n\u00eb vend, q\u00eb filluan m\u00eb 1990.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pas nd\u00ebrhyrjeve t\u00eb dhunshme t\u00eb shtetit n\u00eb organizimin e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb komuniteteve fetare, sekuestrimit t\u00eb pronave, kontrollit mbi buxhetin, ndalimi i literatur\u00ebs, kufizimi i rrept\u00eb dhe kontrolli e mbyllja e shkollave fetare, politika komuniste forcoi nj\u00eb propagand\u00eb t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet shtypit, radios, formave t\u00eb edukimit, kinemas\u00eb, pjes\u00ebve t\u00eb leximeve shkollore dhe edukimit me p\u00ebrbuzjen ndaj fes\u00eb, si dhe tashm\u00eb filloi dhe persekutimi, burgosja, internimi dhe ekzekutimi i prij\u00ebsve fetar\u00eb, gj\u00eb e cila kulmoi me ndalimin e fes\u00eb me ligj n\u00eb vitin 1967, ku u mbyll\u00ebn t\u00eb gjitha komunitetet fetare, u shkat\u00ebrruan qindra kisha, xhami dhe teqe, si dhe u hap \u201cMuzeu Ateist\u201d, i vetmi n\u00eb bot\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nd\u00ebrkaq nuk duhet t\u00eb neglizhojm\u00eb faktin se ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb propagand\u00ebn komuniste, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht pas mbylljes s\u00eb kishave e xhamive, fet\u00eb trajtoheshin t\u00eb gjitha si t\u00eb huaja, n\u00eb popull vazhdonin t\u00eb qarkullonin besimet fetare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00ebr gati 45 vjet regjimi komunist vuri n\u00eb zbatim me konsekuenc\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb sofistikuar e kompleks t\u00eb indoktrinimit ateist. Diktatura e ateizmit t\u00eb institucionalizuar mburrej se ishte \u2018i vetmi vend ateist n\u00eb bot\u00eb!\u2019 Lufta frontale kund\u00ebr fes\u00eb, asgj\u00ebsimi i figurave t\u00eb shquara fetare, persekutimi i vazhduesh\u00ebm, ndalimi i riteve fetare, mbyllja e institucioneve fetare, etj., synonte krijimin e nj\u00eb \u2018feje\u2019 t\u00eb re: \u2018marksiz\u00ebm-leninizmin\u2019, adhurimin e idhujve t\u00eb rinj (q\u00eb nga Marksi deri tek Enver Hoxha) n\u00eb vend t\u00eb (respektit ndaj) Jezusit e Muhamedit (a.s.), z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimin e fjal\u00ebs \u201cZot\u201d me nocionin abstrakt \u201cN\u00ebna Parti\u201d<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por me gjith\u00eb goditjet e r\u00ebnda q\u00eb mori feja, ajo nuk u zhduk e nuk u \u00e7rr\u00ebnjos nga presioni q\u00eb iu b\u00eb. Ateizmi i deklaruar mbeti artificial, iluzor, sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsor dhe vet\u00ebm i regjistruar te dosjet shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1123\" src=\"http:\/\/knfsh.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/2007.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1653\" height=\"1165\" srcset=\"https:\/\/knfsh.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/2007.jpg 1653w, https:\/\/knfsh.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/2007-300x211.jpg 300w, https:\/\/knfsh.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/2007-768x541.jpg 768w, https:\/\/knfsh.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/2007-1024x722.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1653px) 100vw, 1653px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Shteti dhe liria e besimit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sot shteti demokratik bazohet tek arsyeja se liria e personit \u00ebsht\u00eb themeli i jet\u00ebs s\u00eb \u00e7do bashk\u00ebsie dhe se ruajtja e k\u00ebsaj lirie duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb objektivi primar i sistemit demokratik. Laiciteti i shtetit shpreh faktin se n\u00eb nj\u00eb regjim demokratik ekzistojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ato komponent\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk cenojn\u00eb parimin themelor, lirin\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. Bashk\u00ebjetesa e besimeve fetare tregon se asnj\u00eb prej tyre nuk mbizot\u00ebron, por secila p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb sintez\u00ebn e jet\u00ebs qytetare. Laiciteti i shtetit sot pretendon se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb parim i pluralizmit demokratik, i cili synon t\u00eb afirmoj\u00eb se n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e jet\u00ebs civile nuk ka asnj\u00eb besim, apo ideologji politike, q\u00eb mund t\u2019i imponohet t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, si model n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet forc\u00ebs, qoft\u00eb kjo verbale, fizike, psikologjike ose edhe me presion ekonomik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Roli i besimit fetar n\u00eb kuadrin e sistemit demokratik \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft pozitiv, sidomos at\u00ebher\u00eb kur ky raport ushqehet me dialog dhe me bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb. Duke qen\u00eb se liria e besimit pasqyrohet n\u00eb jet\u00ebn private dhe publike, shteti, i cili garanton k\u00ebt\u00eb liri me ligj, nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb indiferent ndaj keqp\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kushtetuta e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duke njohur barazin\u00eb e besimeve pohon se tek ne nuk ka asnj\u00eb fe zyrtare dhe se shteti \u00ebsht\u00eb asnjan\u00ebs dhe garant i lirive fetare. Gjithashtu shteti p\u00ebrjashton \u00e7do diskriminim p\u00ebr arsye bindjesh fetare dhe shprehet:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u201cSecili \u00ebsht\u00eb i lir\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb ose t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb fen\u00eb ose bindjet, si dhe t\u2019i shfaq\u00eb ato individualisht ose kolektivisht, n\u00eb publik ose n\u00eb jet\u00ebn private, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet kultit, arsimimit, praktikave ose kryerjes s\u00eb riteve.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shteti \u00ebsht\u00eb neutral ndaj besimeve, por jo indiferent, mbasi ai ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb pluralizmin fetar. Jurist\u00ebt e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizuar q\u00ebndrimin e drejt\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit si nj\u00eb \u2018neutralitet aktiv, i cili siguron barazin\u00eb kund\u00ebr \u00e7do tendence p\u00ebr supremaci t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb elementi t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sot edhe pse 30 vjet liri besimi, shteti shqiptar nuk i ka kthyer m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 90 % t\u00eb pronave t\u00eb komuniteteve fetare, nuk i kompensuar n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e atyre q\u00eb nuk kthehen dot m\u00eb fizikisht, edhe pse sot komunitetet fetare luajn\u00eb nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb zbutjen e problemeve sociale t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare, duke sh\u00ebrbyer jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb aspektin shpirt\u00ebror, por sidomos n\u00eb at\u00eb edukativ dhe arsimor, me an\u00eb t\u00eb dhjet\u00ebra shkollave dhe institucioneve arsimore, duke edukuar mij\u00ebra t\u00eb rinj n\u00eb k\u00ebto 30 vite, si qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb denj\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi, por edhe si qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, duke u shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb prej tyre n\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb bot\u00ebs p\u00ebr arsye studimi, apo pun\u00ebsimi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bashk\u00ebpunimi i bashk\u00ebsive fetare dhe ndihmesa e tyre n\u00eb harmonin\u00eb fetare jan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, por kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se harmonia fetare duhet t\u2019u garantohet qytetar\u00ebve nga bashk\u00ebsit\u00eb fetare. \u00cbsht\u00eb shteti laik garanti kryesor i liris\u00eb s\u00eb besimit dhe i bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs paq\u00ebsore n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet demokratik. Dhe kjo nuk duhet harruar. Shteti na b\u00ebn t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm, se ne jo vet\u00ebm duhet\u00a0t\u00eb jemi tolerant\u00eb, por edhe se jemi t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb till\u00eb. Edhe vet\u00eb shteti shqiptar u nd\u00ebrtua n\u00eb dy themele baz\u00eb, pra n\u00eb mbizot\u00ebrimin e ndjenj\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare dhe bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb besimeve t\u00eb ndryshme fetare. Nuk ka argument m\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u kuptuar p\u00ebr diplomacin\u00eb bot\u00ebrore, sesa t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb realitetin pothuaj unik n\u00eb bot\u00eb, t\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs s\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme fetare t\u00eb kombit shqiptar. Mij\u00ebra besimtar\u00eb mysliman\u00eb dhe t\u00eb krishter\u00eb t\u00eb frym\u00ebzuar nga dashuria p\u00ebr Zotin dhe malli p\u00ebr t\u2019u lutur e falur t\u00eb lir\u00eb m\u00ebsyn\u00eb ato pak objekte kulti t\u00eb mbetura n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, duke i r\u00ebn\u00eb kambanave, duke realizuar mesh\u00ebn e par\u00eb dhe duke falur xhuman\u00eb e par\u00eb n\u00eb n\u00ebntor 1990. Ky ishte triumfi i besimit ndaj mohimit, ishte triumfi i liris\u00eb ndaj prangave dhe zinxhir\u00ebve t\u00eb nj\u00eb regjimi diktatorial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tashm\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt vran\u00eb frik\u00ebn dhe i paraprin\u00eb l\u00ebvizjeve demokratike duke \u00e7liruar lirin\u00eb e besimit nga rob\u00ebria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pamjet madh\u00ebshtore t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbesave t\u00eb para fetare pas disa dekadash jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e nj\u00eb historie t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme, e cila k\u00ebt\u00eb vit ka dhe jubileun e saj, 30 vjetorin e liris\u00eb s\u00eb besimit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shkodra, qyteti i vlerave t\u00eb shumta dhe m\u00eb i persekutuari i regjimit komunist, do t\u2019i printe k\u00ebtij veprimi t\u00eb guximsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn dhe do t\u00eb sfidonte diktatur\u00ebn, duke rihapur pas 23 vjet\u00ebsh objektet e kultit dhe duke zhvilluar dhe ritualet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz akoma kishin frik\u00eb nga hija e zymt\u00eb e busteve t\u00eb diktatorit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00ebrve\u00e7 r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ngjarjeje, ajo q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb vler\u00eb unikale, shembull t\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs fetare n\u00eb qytetin e lasht\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se n\u00eb rihapjen e k\u00ebtyre objekteve, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht me 11 dhe 16 n\u00ebntor 1990, mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb besimtar\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb feve, q\u00eb punuan s\u00eb bashku p\u00ebr t\u00eb riv\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb funksionim objektet fetare t\u00eb mbetura nga shkat\u00ebrrimi ateist i 23 viteve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ashtu si n\u00eb mesh\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb varrezat e Rrmajit, m\u00eb 11 n\u00ebntor 1990, dhe n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb fetare t\u00eb organizuar n\u00eb Xhamin\u00eb e Plumbit m\u00eb 16 n\u00ebntor, merrnin pjes\u00eb besimtar\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha besimeve. Ato ishin shenjat e para se Shqip\u00ebria po hapej dhe se komunizmi po rr\u00ebnohej, nd\u00ebrsa fjalia e par\u00eb e Hafiz Sabriut gjat\u00eb ligj\u00ebrat\u00ebs para xhamis\u00eb i hipur n\u00eb nj\u00eb tribun\u00eb t\u00eb improvizuar ishte: <strong><em>\u201cT\u00eb dashur vllaz\u00ebn mysliman\u00eb, katolik\u00eb e ortodoks\u00eb, e mbi t\u00eb gjitha vllaz\u00ebn shqiptar\u00eb\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00ebr organizmin e mesh\u00ebs s\u00eb 11 n\u00ebntorit n\u00eb dosjen 1241, dt. 12.11.1990 shkruhej nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ceremoni kishte pjes\u00ebmarrje t\u00eb madhe njer\u00ebzish nga fshati, qyteti, q\u00eb shifra e tyre mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb 3-6 mij\u00eb vet\u00eb t\u00eb moshave parashkollore, t\u00eb rinj, e deri te moshat e thyera&#8230; Gjithashtu n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje kishte edhe shum\u00eb persona t\u00eb fes\u00eb myslimane.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb ndodhi edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e ceremonis\u00eb s\u00eb 16 n\u00ebntorit p\u00ebr faljen e xhumas\u00eb s\u00eb par\u00eb, ku djem t\u00eb rinj katolik\u00eb ndihmuan bashk\u00ebqytetar\u00ebt e tyre mysliman\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb solidaritet t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb\u00a0 librin e kujtimeve t\u00eb\u00a0 Dom Simon Jubanit, nj\u00ebri nga t\u00eb\u00a0 intervistuarit, Kol\u00eb \u00c7ekini, kujton e thot\u00eb lidhur me mesh\u00ebn:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNj\u00eb grup i madh mysliman\u00ebsh asht vendos\u00eb mburoj\u00eb tek dera e vorreve. Njeni m\u00eb tregon se, na do t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb k\u00ebtu mbasi po kje se ndodh\u00eb gja, na do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim arm\u00ebt q\u00eb kemi n\u00eb trup&#8230; Ju, rrini t\u00eb qet\u00eb ashtu si jeni me f\u00ebmij\u00eb e familjet tueja!..Sot jemi ne k\u00ebtu!\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ja si e p\u00ebrshkruan vet\u00eb Dom Simoni organizimin q\u00eb b\u00ebhej n\u00eb ato dit\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEdhe ma interesant se puna e jeme ishte kantjeri i nd\u00ebrtimit i t\u00eb rijve, ku ishin angazhue katolik\u00eb, musliman, ortodoks, karpentjer\u00eb, bojaxhi, elektre\u00e7ista, q\u00eb gjat\u00eb asaj jave t\u00eb paharrueme nuk shkonin as n\u00eb sht\u00ebpiat e veta, po hanin, pinin dhe flenin n\u00eb kantier p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtue restaurimin e Kapeles s\u00eb djegun gjat\u00eb epok\u00ebs komuniste, edhe pse gjoja e ruejtun me ligj.\u201d (Mesha e Par\u00eb, fq. 49)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Me 16 n\u00ebntor Dom Simoni do t\u2019i b\u00ebnte dhe nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb urimi Hafiz Sabri Ko\u00e7it n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb g\u00ebzim t\u00eb madh t\u00eb kryerjes s\u00eb riteve t\u00eb para pas 23 vitesh ndalimi t\u00eb plot\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Me r\u00ebnien e komunizmit, do t\u00eb dukeshin edhe pasojat e v\u00ebrteta t\u00eb k\u00ebtij ndryshimi fatal n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebsive fetare. Liria e besimit i gjeti besimet n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje tragjike. Besimet fetare filluan t\u00eb riorganizohen mbi bazat tradicionale, duke pasur si b\u00ebrtham\u00eb ato pak objekte kulti, q\u00eb i kishin rezistuar shkat\u00ebrrimit komunist dhe ata pak klerik\u00eb, q\u00eb i kishin rezistuar terrorit komunist. Praktikisht n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e para t\u00eb gjitha besimet u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebn t\u00eb lidhnin fillin e tradit\u00ebs fetare t\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb. Por shum\u00eb shpejt grupet e vogla t\u00eb klerik\u00ebve t\u00eb mbetur u gjend\u00ebn n\u00eb rrethana krejt t\u00eb ndryshme nga ato t\u00eb 46 viteve m\u00eb par\u00eb. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, nevojat p\u00ebr ringritjen e strukturave t\u00eb jet\u00ebs shpirt\u00ebrore soll\u00ebn nj\u00eb dinamik\u00eb t\u00eb re n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebsive, \u00e7ka i b\u00ebri elitat e vjetra klerikale t\u00eb ndjeheshin t\u00eb pafuqishme p\u00ebr p\u00ebrcaktimin e rrjedhave dhe zhvillimeve brenda bashk\u00ebsive t\u00eb tyre fetare. N\u00eb ndihm\u00eb t\u00eb tyre do t\u00eb vinin shum\u00eb fondacione t\u00eb huaja, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndihmuan n\u00eb rithemelimin e institucioneve fetare, rind\u00ebrtimin e objekteve t\u00eb kultit, si dhe nj\u00eb numri t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm institucionesh arsimore, qendrave sociale, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, azile, jetimore, etj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Klerik\u00ebt mysliman\u00eb e t\u00eb krishter\u00eb, u b\u00ebn\u00eb fli t\u00eb besimit t\u00eb tyre, besnik\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund ndaj Zotit dhe besimtar\u00ebve. Ata ishin gjithashtu t\u00eb brumosur me dashurin\u00eb ndaj besimit e atdheut dhe nuk pranuan asnj\u00eb kompromis me regjimin, duke i q\u00ebndruar besnik\u00eb fes\u00eb dhe kombit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt shpirti i tyre mbeti gjithmon\u00eb i lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1125\"
