Composition<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Executive Council is composed of 11 members, two representatives of each religious community and the General Secretary.<\/p>\n

Article 23<\/strong><\/p>\n

Functions of the Executive Council<\/h3>\n

a) Executive Council:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a. It proposes the annual budget of the IRC of Albania.<\/li>\n
  2. b. Proposes the budget plan for the next financial period.<\/li>\n
  3. c. It designs and organizes IRC of Albania activities.<\/li>\n
  4. Review the financial reports.<\/li>\n
  5. e. It proposes the strategic actions and plan of the IRC of Albania and the priority objectives.<\/li>\n
  6. Proposes its statute or changes.<\/li>\n
  7. g. It proposes internal regulations of the IRC of Albania.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Article 24<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Decision making at the Executive Council<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. (a) Decisions at the Executive Council, where possible, shall be taken by consensus.<\/li>\n
    2. b) When there is no consensus, the majority of the votes of the members present is enough.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Article 25<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Meetings of the Executive Council<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. a) The Executive Council shall convene not less than three times a year, and in exceptional cases.<\/li>\n
      2. b) He is summoned and directed by the General Secretary.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Article 26<\/strong><\/p>\n

        The way of payment<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. a) Members of the Executive Council provides service voluntarily.<\/li>\n
        2. b) They may be entitled to payment, compensation of expenses incurred for the exercise of their activity as well as other remuneration of this nature. These payments are made depending on the organization's work and income, in accordance with the procedures laid down in the internal regulation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
