an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb komuniteteve fetar tradicionale n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, vendimmarrje dhe implementimin e projekteve, si nj\u00eb hap thelb\u00ebsor p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrje dhe mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb barabarta t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre komuniteteve n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb Shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Neni 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fushat e Veprimtaris\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me q\u00ebllimet e Qendr\u00ebs, fushat e aktivitetit jan\u00eb si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Identifikimin e parametrave ekzistues t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb kooperimit shoq\u00ebror t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjellt\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrcaktimin e rrug\u00ebve dhe metodave q\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb afrimin dhe zgjidhjen e problemeve q\u00eb lidhen me t\u00eb, grupeve fetare p\u00ebr integrim dhe bashk\u00ebveprim harmonik n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebrgatitjen e strategjive qe do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb krijimin e koncepteve bashk\u00ebkohore t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuara n\u00eb favor t\u00eb zhvillimit dhe integrimit n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb individ\u00ebve dhe grupeve t\u00eb komuniteteve fetare tradicionale.<\/li>\n<li>Dh\u00ebnien e ndihm\u00ebs multidisiplinore : psikologjike, sociale, juridike, ekonomike etj, p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e individ\u00eb, grupeve t\u00eb grupeve t\u00eb komuniteteve fetare tradicionale q\u00eb vuajn\u00eb disfunksionet e shkaktuara nga mungesa e integritetit dhe integrimit dhe zhvillimit social.<\/li>\n<li>Bashk\u00ebpunim dhe shk\u00ebmbim p\u00ebrvoje me partner\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt\u00eb: organizata, institucione qeveritare dhe joqeveritare, persona private dhe juridik\u00eb, vendas dhe t\u00eb huaj, si dhe me organizma te tille nga vende te ndryshme te bot\u00ebs, p\u00ebr zhvillimin e projekteve n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb t\u00eb realizimit t\u00eb synimeve dhe objektivave.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb realizoj\u00eb publikime t\u00eb materialeve ndihm\u00ebse, vet\u00ebm ose n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me institucionet e tjera, t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb statut.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet trajnimeve, seminareve dhe konferencave, grupet e komuniteteve fetare tradicionale duke ngritur struktura profesionale qe t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb njohurit\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fushat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00eb gjitha veprimet e Qendr\u00ebs mund t\u00eb kryhen n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me agjencit\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse shtet\u00ebrore, organizata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe nd\u00ebrqeveritare.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Neni 7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Veprimtaria Ekonomike\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Qendra \u201c<strong>K\u00cbSHILLI ND\u00cbRFETAR I SHQIP\u00cbRIS\u00cb<\/strong>, p\u00ebr realizimin e q\u00ebllimeve dhe objektet e veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb saj, ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb ushtroj\u00eb veprimtari ekonomike.<\/li>\n<li>Qendra ND\u00cbRFETAR I SHQIP\u00cbRIS\u00cb\u201d<\/strong> do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren ekskluzivisht p\u00ebr zhvillimin dhe koh\u00ebzgjatjen e objektivave t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj organizate.<\/li>\n<li>Nuk lejohet asnj\u00eb form\u00eb e shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb fitimit ose e p\u00ebrfitimit financiar dhe material nga t\u00eb ardhurat dhe fitimet e organizat\u00ebs prej personave q\u00eb jan\u00eb subjekte t\u00eb statutit dhe aktit themelues, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 detyrimeve q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00ebn e pagave, rrogave, shp\u00ebrblimeve dhe kompensimeve q\u00eb rrjedhin nga kontrata e pun\u00ebs ose kontrata t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ngjashme me t\u00eb ose p\u00ebr mbulimin e shpenzimeve t\u00eb kryera me porosi dhe p\u00ebr llogari t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs kur kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur dhe n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb gjendjes ekonomike t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7do akt tjet\u00ebr do t\u00eb konsiderohet juridikisht i pavlefsh\u00ebm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p
